Args, looking at Ethans Changelog of the recently released Nagios 3.1.2, it seems we get some work to do for the next NagiosQL release. The first 3.2.0 stable version will introduce a new attribute in service templates. Original comment by Ethan: 'New "important check command" flag for use in service templates, to aid configuration in distributed environments'. So if you are currently using the unstable release of Nagios, you wont be able to change this attribute with NagiosQL 3.0.3. But it's always good to know that things are going on ;-)
