I had two failures while attempting to install

PHP Environment and System permissions.

The message said to "Read the INSTALLATION file from NagiosQL", unfortunately, there was no INSTALLATION file that came with the package I downloaded, so that option is out...

After reading the docs about the requirements, I believe I satisfy all the requirements, yet the installer does not.

The installer will not specify which requirement that I haven't satisfied so how would I find out so I can fix it?

HA! resolved my own problem. clicking on the plus next to the error made it obvious DUH!
