Well, look for the directories, where the other .mo-files are, that would probably be /usr/share/nagiosql/htdocs/config/locale/ on an linux/unix system.
In this directory there are directories for every languagepack. So you have to make an directory pt_BR/LC_MESSAGES/ (mkdir -p /usr/share/nagiosql/htdocs/config/locale/pt_BR/LC_MESSAGES/ ) and put pt_BR.mo into it.

That should do the trick.
