blank page after install 1 Year, 5 Months ago	Karma: 0
Hi All, I just installed Naqiosxl 3 on unbuntu servrer 7.04. After install I'm geeting blank page. I follow all the installation steps andeverything looks OK but I can seems to fix this issue. Can someone help ? I saw other posts about it but they didnt help me fix the problem. cheers, simon

It's definitly a problem with the database connection. Please check the settings.php in conf directory and check the database user and permission set at your database server to reflect both settings. There is currently a bug that might set inefficient permissions to the database. cheers, rouven

Hi Mate, Thanks for that, Its working I changed the user account there to the root account of the box and its working. cheers simon
