Hi,
I ran into another problem. In NagiosQL under Alarming-->Contact data-->user-->Addon address 1 to 6, none of the email address get the notification, only when put under E-mail address is able to receive notification. Whether it is an email address or a pager number or test messaging services, as long as it is not under E-Mail address, it is being ignored.

I am using NagiosQL 3.0.3 and Nagios 3.1.2 on FreeBSD 7.0.

Any idea why?

Those are macros used by the notification commands. Please check your "misc" commands and have a look at the macros that are beeing used there.
