I am running NagiosQL 3.03 and Nagios 3.20.

I have noticed that NagiosQL does not create either hosts.cfg.or services.cfg. Instead a seperate file is created for each individual host I create, and services are added to \services\localhost.cfg

Why is this? and how can I sort it? Is this expected behaviour?

Yes, NagiosQL do so since version 1.0. Separate files for each config name are faster and easier to process.
