Hi and welcome to our support forum,

before you post your issues or questions please let us know what type of installation you use. Be as detailed as possible but at least tell us the following:

  • NagiosQL Version

  • Apache Version

  • PHP Version

  • MySQL Version

  • Operating System


It would also help to upgrade first to the latest version and check if your issue still persist.
