Where do I get support? There are alot of ways to get support. It depends what issues you do have exactly. Got a question? If you have a question regarding installation, design problems or other issues, please visit the forums and post it. Normally you will get an answer there within 2-3 days from a developer or from other members of the community. I have a very urgent question and/or need live support! If you really need urgent support please do the following: - Donate a decent amount to the project (at least 20$).
- After you donated write an e-mail to the

or contact Rouven on ICQ 47315142 and they will come back to you as soon as possible. (They both have a real job, too ;-) )
- Please provide according FTP or shell access to your system if needed. All data will be handled guaranteed confidentially.
I need a special feature and I am looking for someone to code it for me! Unfortunately the development team is clogged up with work - we cannot promise when a feature will be implemented nor is there time to make special customizations. The only and recommended way to get what you wish in time is to contact the cimt ag, a consulting company and to pay them for the workload. All modifications done by the cimt ag will be introduced in later Open Source releases. I found a bug, what to do? If you are sure you found a bug please report it to our tracker. Bugs are handled quickly by the team. Most times within a few days there will be a fix. Do you want to join in? The NagiosQL staff is always looking for volunteers who are willing to do make NagiosQL the best Nagios Web Administration Tool around by doing the following: - Help in the forums
- Submit patches for new and/or fixed behaviour
- Submit Translations
- Submit news about NagiosQL
If you are willing to help us please read our instructions here:
